Two friends with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals, started Move Better Studio in a private studio with a strong community of clients who have achieved amazing results. Personal Training Team based in Sliema, Malta.
DAVID THOMAS
I use a mixture of different workouts to help people get to their goals and have a massive exercise library to make sure your workouts are unique and fun. My specialities include Posture Correction, Pilates and Boxing.
With my knowledge, experience, and passion, I am here to guide you on your path to achieving your fitness goals and transforming your life.
Boxing is a powerful discipline that not only enhances your physical strength but also relieves stress and boosts your confidence. I will tailor the training sessions to suit your level and push you to reach your maximum potential.
Pilates, on the other hand, focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through precise and controlled movements, we will work on improving your posture.
Together, we will focus on building healthy habits, increasing your metabolism, and developing a positive mindset towards your body and well-being.
During our training sessions, you can expect a supportive, motivating, and safe environment. I will be there to challenge you, provide guidance on proper technique, and ensure you are progressing towards your goals effectively. My approach is rooted in understanding your unique needs, preferences, and limitations, and adapting the training program accordingly.

My name is Kain Azzopardi and I am certified Personal Trainer with a background in Weightlifting and Intermittent Fasting.
I want to help people discover the benefits of training that have helped me become the person I am today.
I care about my clients, and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.
A well-built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it; no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it. You cannot hold onto it without constant work.
